DEU Estates are giving cash prizes to tenants with the best virtual tour!

Following the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, DEU Estates has striven to find ways of keeping our current tenants safe whilst providing accommodation for those who need it.

One way we’ve done this, is by filming non-invasive 3D virtual tours of all of our properties so that anyone looking for a home doesn’t need to put themselves or others at risk.

We understand that many of our tenants and the people close to them are in high-risk categories or are uncomfortable with multiple viewings in a week. Given the current circumstances, we want to keep our tenants, staff, and clients safe so if you’re interested in viewing a property feel free to ask if a virtual tour is available.

As an incentive to ensure all of our virtual tours are of a good quality - and to prevent revisiting the property - before we filmed our first tour we notified all of our tenants of a competition with a grand prize of £150!

All the winners had to do was have the cleanest and most well-presented house for the virtual tour.

There’s also a prize of £100 and £50 for the runners up – so even if your house doesn’t quite top the competition, you could still be rewarded for your hard work.

The tours will be judged by an independent photographer and the winner will be announced this Friday!
