This will replace the existing platform which is approximately 10 years old and no longer provides the functionality required.

Introduction

DEU Estates is extending an invitation to software development firms with a proven track record in property and lettings to submit their proposals for the enhancement of our ‘Swift Let’ tenancy application CRM system. The current platform, which is nearly a decade old, no longer meets our operational needs.

Project Overview

The objective of this project is to design, develop, manage, and deliver an online portal that mirrors the existing product in appearance and operation but incorporates the advanced features now demanded by the market. We anticipate that both the customer-facing interface and the internal admin area will need to adopt the latest web technologies to facilitate future expansion and white-label usage. The successful bidder will need to clarify these technologies and any associated limitations.
